Passengers subject to compulsory electronic medical declaration before performing the domestic flights


In accordance with the requirements of the Vietnam authorities, in order to contribute to the early detection of cases and prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease, all passengers subject to compulsory electronic medical declaration before making the journey on domestic flights.

Passengers can follow these steps:

Step 1: Use your smartphone or tablet to download the Health Declaration application (search by the exact keyword: "Vietnam Health Declaration") from CH Play for Android operating system or App store for IOS operating system;

Step 2: Declare on the website https://tokhaiyte.vn or download the application as instructed in step 1 for undeclared passengers.

Step 3: Immediately notify the Department of Health, the Center for Preventive Medicine, the Centers for Disease Control, the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee when detecting passengers with suspected COVID- 19 as fever, cough, shortness of breath.

Passengers are required to make mandatory electronic medical declarations before making their journey and provide the staff with the "QR code" provided to them on the application.

For passengers, to take the initiative in time and not to affect their flight itinerary, Can Tho International Airport encourages passengers to perform the above steps before arriving at the airport, filling in the correct information according to request and take a screenshot of the QR code and present it when performing the procedures at the check in counter.

Amid the complicated developments of COVID-19 outbreak, passengers are recommended to wear a facemask inside the terminal and on the plane.

As a requirement of Vietnam authourities, each passenger must maintain a social distance of more than 2m (6 ft) from surrounding people wherever you go.

All incoming travelers to Viet Nam shall be subject to mandatory centralized quarantine for 14 days from the entry date.
