The objectives are to develop ACV as an enterprise with the modern level of technology, management, and high specialization; do multi-business lines as prescribed by law, in which investment, construction, management, and operation of airports – aerodromes are core businesses; closely connect manufacture, business with science and technology, research and training; participation of various economic sectors, contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnamese aviation industry, be competitive, effectively integrate to the global economy, and ensure the aviation safety – security, national defense, contribute to the national socio-economic development.
