According to the agreement between ACV and Sun Group, the two parties have agreed to strategic cooperation across multiple fields, opening a corridor for comprehensive collaboration that will ensure the effective operation of Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), a new domestic airline invested in and developed by Sun Group. Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony Between ACV and Sun Group

ACV's role is to provide the launchpad for SPA to take off and expand, with a synchronized airport infrastructure system, professional operational procedures, and absolute security and safety standards. ACV's participation ensures that SPA has a strong start, operates efficiently, and complies with the highest standards of the global aviation industry.

Specifically, ACV will provide all necessary operational services at the airports where Sun PhuQuoc Airways is expected to operate, including ground handling services, passenger services, baggage and cargo handling, and other airport services.

Sun Group commits to prioritizing the use of ACV's services, from ground to flight operations at ACV-managed airports, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and class. This memorandum of understanding is also particularly significant as Phu Quoc is expected to become an international event hub when it hosts the APEC High-Level Meeting 2027.
