On September 29, 2025, a working meeting was held at the headquarters of Airports Corporation of Vietnam between Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and Vietnam Airlines Group (VNA).
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Vu The Phiet - Chairman of ACV's Board of Directors and Mr. Dang Ngoc Hoa - Chairman of VNA's Board of Directors, with the participation of Board members, the Board of Directors, leaders of airports under ACV, functional departments, and member companies of both ACV and VNA.
Overview of the working meeting
At the meeting, both sides discussed the coordination between ACV and VNA during the first nine months of 2025 in ensuring operational safety and improving passenger service quality; coordination to support VNA Group in implementing operational and exploitation projects at airports under ACV, with Long Thanh International Airport in the near future; at the same time, participating units also exchanged views on outstanding issues in operational coordination and received assessments and directions for timely and effective solutions.

During the first nine months of the year, ACV and VNA have closely coordinated in operations, ensuring flight safety and improving service quality according to the high-level cooperation agreement between the two parties. This coordination has become increasingly in-depth, bringing practical results and contributing to affirming the core role of both corporations within the group of enterprises under the Ministry of Finance.
Regarding the plan to ensure operational safety until the end of 2025, ACV focuses on monitoring progress in resolving issues at airports, while upgrading infrastructure, facilities and service quality to improve on-time performance and passenger satisfaction. In parallel, ACV coordinates with VNA and relevant parties in developing operational plans and preparing for the first flight at Long Thanh International Airport. Service synchronization continues to be strengthened through cooperation with airlines to enhance passenger experience. Additionally, comprehensive service plans for the year-end holiday period, New Year celebrations, and the 2026 Lunar New Year are being deployed simultaneously across all airports.
