On July 17, 2023 ACV was honored in the “Top 10 Well-known Trademark of Vietnam” in 2023. This is the fifth consecutive year that ACV has been named in the category of Well-known Trademark of Vietnam consulted and nominated by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association.
ACV has met the evaluation requirements of Article 75 of the Intellectual Property Law of 2005 and Article 6bis of the Paris Convention in order to become the company with a well-known and competitive advantage trademark in Vietnam in the era of global integration and competition.

In addition to the exceptional growth of domestic aviation, airports under ACV's management have continued to record a recovery and increase the excellent growth of the international market during the first half of 2023. ACV, as an airport operator, has been constantly focusing on ensuring safety and security in management, cooperating closely with airlines and related units to develop commercial activities, consolidating the entire operating system, and actively investing, improving service quality and capacity to meet the high travel demand of domestic and international passengers, towards sustainable development.
Ensuring airport operation safety and security
One of the most important tasks of ACV's leadership has always been aviation security and safety. For many years, ACV has successfully achieved the duty of maintaining ultimate security and aviation safety, consequently contributing to national security and defense. ACV has ensured the absolute security and safety of 56.8 million passengers, including 14.6 million international passengers and 42.2 million domestic passengers, in the first six months of 2023; ensured the safe movement of 365 thousand flights; and ensured the safe handling of 580.5 thousand tons of cargo, including 410 thousand tons of international cargo and 170.5 thousand tons of domestic cargo.
ACV prioritizes the development of an increasingly professional and standardized aviation security control force; invests in competent equipment to assure safety and security in accordance with the most advanced global standards. In addition, ACV actively and closely coordinates with Government authorities, localities, and military police to ensure absolute aviation safety and security.
On April 28, 2023, the passenger terminal T2 at Phu Bai International Airport was inaugurated with a distinctive roof design.
The journey towards digital transformation and service quality improvement
In every stage of its formation and development, ACV has always made unrelenting efforts to improve and enhance service quality at its airports, with the ultimate objective of optimizing passenger satisfaction.
Following the digital transformation roadmap to 2025, with a vision to 2030, ACV has initially implemented the process of centralizing data digitization in the domains of aeronautical and non-aeronautical activities using cutting-edge technologies. ACV has been initially applying contactless technology, biometric application, and powered- AI system for vehicles and utilities in the terminal, from check-in procedures to boarding gates, with the aim of developing smart airport for ACV's under-managed airports. By adopting advanced techniques, ACV desires to help passengers save time at check-in counters and security checkpoints, thereby enhancing the airport passenger experience.
In addition, the implementation of an Airport Collaborative Decision-Making at airports (A-CDM) pilot program at ACV's two primary airports, Noi Bai International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport, marked the beginning of the process for establishing A-CDM at Vietnam's airports. The execution of this model will assist in optimizing the use of airport infrastructure, enhancing mining-related indicators, as well as improving airport service quality forecasting capabilities.

Investment and development of airport infrastructure
ACV concentrates on investing in and efficiently utilizing airport infrastructure and airfields in order to meet the rapid growth of the aviation industry and promote its role as a primary enterprise in Vietnam's aviation industry's development strategy. ACV has been committing all of its resources to the implementation of numerous major projects that will enter a significant construction phase in 2023. Particularly, synchronous construction of passenger terminal, runway and taxi way of Long Thanh International Airport; Construction of pile foundation, basement floor of the terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport; Works of runway at Dien Bien Airport; Commencement of the project to expand passenger terminal T2 - Noi Bai International Airport as well as projects to repair and upgrade the infrastructure of numerous other existing airports.
