On May 6 and May 7, 2021, Vinh International Airport has coordinated with the Center for Disease Control in Nghe An province to deploy COVID-19 vaccination for around 340 employees at the Airport.

Doctors from the Center for Disease Control carried out screening and counseling for airport staff before getting vaccinated.

The Center for Disease Control in Nghe An province also arranged an observation area after injection with all necessary equipment.
