On April 23, 2021, the Airport Operation Center has officially put in operation at the opening ceremony at Cam Ranh International Airport (CRIA).

The AOC displays a significant role in coordinating the operation at the airport, contributing to ensure the safety, efficiency, consistent expertise and administration, timely solving arising problems during the operation process.

The AOC at CRIA has total area of 275m2, fully equipped with internal data connection up to date enable to help the AOC staffs collecting updated information and giving out accurately and timely decisions; improving the ability to control all activities;  optimizing flight operations; enhancing the ability to inspect and monitor ground vehicles operating at the apron and also control the condition of infrastructure, airfields, suspect subjects, birds and wildlife, etc. and ready to activate the Emergency Response Center when a situation occurs.
