On May 11, 2021, Da Nang international airport coordinated with Center for Disease Control of Da Nang city to collect test samples of Covid-19 for 2,206 employees who are working at Da Nang international airport. As a result, 100% samples were negative for Covid-19.  
Before then, Da Nang international airport and Center for Disease Control of Da Nang city had implemented a Covid-19 specimen collection for 1,238 employees of Da Nang international airport on February 7, 2021 and it revealed a 100% negative test result.

Throughout the specimen collection procedures, the airport and relevant competent authorities strictly complied with the 5K message of the Ministry of Health, arranged sufficient tested locations, provided safety guidance for employees, deployed medical declaration but not affecting the airport operation.

Amid the severe situation of Covid-19, Da Nang international airport has drastically implemented variety anti-epidemic measures such as providing sufficient healthcare facilities, disinfectants, personal protective equipment, medical masks; closely collaborating with Center for Disease Control of Da Nang city to continue performing sterilization at the airport especially retail areas in order to ensure the health and safety for airport’s employees and passengers.
