The Minister of Construction has just signed Decision No. 1572/QĐ-BXD on the temporary closure of Ca Mau Airport in Tan Thanh Ward, Ca Mau Province for one year to implement construction items under the Project to expand and upgrade Ca Mau Airport, invested by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV). The temporary closure period is from 07:00 on October 30, 2025 to 23:59 on October 31, 2026 (local time).
On September 12, 2025, at the headquarters of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), ACV’s senior leadership, led by Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Vu The Phiet, held a working session with the delegation from Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), headed by Mr. Lee Hag-Jae – Chairman of the Board & CEO of IIAC.

During the intense travel surge around Independence Day (September 2), ACV expects to serve over 1.8 million passengers and handle about 11,000 aircraft movements at its airports.
On August 22, 2025, at the headquarters of Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), a signing ceremony for the Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement for the 2025-2030 period took place with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). This event continues the positive collaborative achievements from the 2020-2025 period.
