In order to provide more information for passengers traveling by air, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam organized the compilation and issue of "Airplane flying handbook".
The handbook contains the regulations and guidelines of domestic and international flights in order to help passengers prepare for a safer and more convenient journey.
The handbook have many useful information for passengers: Things to do before your flight, travel documents, how to check-in, opening / closing time of check-in counters, regulations on carry-on baggage, checked baggage, immigration procedures, customs declaration procedures, aviation security screening procedures, things to do when flying, special services for passengers, health advices for air travel, contact phone numbers for complaints and comments from passengers...
