Under Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh’s direction in the Government Office’s Document No. 1606/VPCP-QHQT dated 15th March 2022, the Immigration Department of Vietnam hereby announces as follows:

From March 15th 2022, immigration policies for overseas Vietnamese and foreigners shall be reinstated in accordance with the Law on foreigners’ entry into, exit from, transit through and residence in Vietnam and guiding documents (resumed to the level before Covid-19 restrictive measures were introduced).

All entrants shall comply with measures for Covid-19 prevention and control from Document No. 1265/BYT-DP dated March 15, 2022 of the Ministry of Health.
