In celebration of the vibrant atmosphere of the 2025 Lunar New Year (Year of the Snake), Da Nang International Airport successfully organized an event to welcome the first guests to the city.

These inaugural flights of Hong Kong Airlines, Tigerair Taiwan, Thai AirAsia, carrying the festive ambience of Tết, have become an important part of the airport's New Year welcoming ceremony, highlighting the robust growth of the city's tourism sector.

This event is an annual activity held at Da Nang International Airport, with the participation of representatives from the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City, the Central Aviation Administration, Da Nang International Airport, Danang International Terminal Investment and Operation JSC (AHT), Da Nang Tourism Association, airlines representatives, as well as media agencies from both national and local.

The welcoming ceremony was filled with energy and excitement, showcasing a range of artistic performances that embodied the festive spirit of Tết. The lively and colorful acts invigorated the atmosphere, setting the stage for a joyful reception of the first flights of the season. In addition, lucky passengers, along with all travelers on the flights, were presented with thoughtful gifts as a gesture of good wishes for a prosperous and fortunate New Year.
