At 00:45 on February 6^th, 2024, Da Nang International Airport was honored to welcome the new airline Aero-K from Korea. This is the first time the airline operates in the Vietnam market with the international route Cheongju (Korea) - Da Nang. The flight opening ceremony was held at the departure check-in area of ​​the International Terminal - Da Nang International Airport with a ribbon cutting and deliver gifts to more than 170 passengers on the first flight with flight number RF531.

Attending the event were leaders of Da Nang International Airport, Department of Tourism, Danang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT), representatives of Aero-K Airlines, ground services, ticket offices and press agencies.

It is known that Aero-K will have a fixed frequency of 02 daily flights at 22:05 departing from Cheongju to Da Nang and 02:15 for the return flight (RF532) departing. Da Nang International Airport is very honored to be chosen as Aero-K's first market in Vietnam. The airline also plans to operate flight routes to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the near future.

Aero-K is a new entrant in the Korean flight market, but with its diverse flight network policies, the airline has brought to the aviation market a joyful atmosphere, full of hope for the new year 2024. With the presence of Aero-K International Airlines, the total number of International Airlines operating at the Da Nang International Airport has increased to 23. This shows that Da Nang city still has the strength attractive to international tourism, especially Asia
