On the morning of the first day of the new year 2025, in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere accompanied by soothing, melodious tunes celebrating the New Year, Da Nang International Airport officially welcomed its first passengers, bringing with them a sense of excitement and marking the beginning of a promising new year. This event is of great significance, highlighting Da Nang's role as a major transportation, tourism, and economic hub in the Central Highlands region. 

First passengers of 2025 arrive at Domestic Terminal  

Vietnam Airlines flight VN110 landed at the Domestic Arrival Terminal at 08:00 AM. On the same morning, several international flights from airlines such as Thai AirAsia, HK Express, Thai Vietjet Air, and others arrived at the International Arrival Terminal from 09:00AM to 10:00AM.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City, the Central Aviation Administration, Da Nang International Airport, Danang International Terminal Investment and Operation JSC (AHT), Da Nang Tourism Association, airlines representatives, as well as media agencies from both national and local.

The welcoming occassion featured lively art performances, along with attractive gifts for the lucky passengers and all travelers on the flights, as well as opportunities to take commemorative photos to capture the special moment.
