According to a recent announcement at the Skytrax World Aviation Awards, Danang International Airport is honored to be in the Top 10 of the World's Most Improved Airports 2020. This is the result of the continuous improvement efforts of Danang International Airport based on Skytrax’s assessment to the airport service quality in August 2019.

Danang International Airport in collaboration with Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT) have acquired Skytrax’s recommendations and started to implement service quality improvement plans since October 2019. The investment and small repair plans are quickly deployed to meet the increasing passenger volume at the end of 2019 and Lunar New Year 2020 such as arranging additional signs, flight information display system (FIDS); investing and upgrading air conditioning systems, seats, luggage trolleys, toilets, etc.

In front of situation that the aviation industry is facing unprecedented difficulties caused by the Covid-19 epidemic at the beginning of 2020, Danang International Airport is still continuing to maintain and improve the quality of passenger service in both Domestic and International Terminals.
